My Story

As a lifelong romantic myself, I'd always been confused hearing claims about love and relationships which didn't match my experience of love nor what I think makes relationships worth having. When I went to a conference on dating, the dam broke for me. I was shocked at how neglected the topic of love was in every presentation.

Since then, I have been compelled to work on love. I spent a year studying philosophy, comparing scientific research, reading great poets and novelists, interviewing modern lovers and couples, and testing it all against my own lived romantic experience.

I learned that much of what our culture calls “facts” about relationships are actually jaded myths, overfitted at best. The truth is much rosier!

I've distilled what's repeated across disciplines, data, and history into my coaching. I give people like you an individual roadmap to finding your person and becoming that person who can stay blissfully, head-over-heels in love.
